I started going to Dr.Pierce based on a referral from a wonderful Doctor that I trust and receive great care from. My first visit with her the vibe was not what I hoped for, however she ran some test on the first visit and had labs done, which took my previous neurologist 4 years to do so. Dr. Pierce referred me to a Rheumatologist, who was wonderful. I'm not sure if she received the results from the Rheumatologist. Dr. Piece completed an in office EEG, Skin Biospy, and a at home EEG. I received the results for both. I'm happy about that. However, she told me that she needed to get more labs to determine the source of the diagnosis results from the skin biopsy. The labs were never called in and I was told she had all the information she needed from the labs done in January. I don't see how that could be if we didn't know that I had small cell nerothapy until may. It has took reminders schedule the EEG. I am so disappointed because I am having some of the same issues I went to her with and now a new diagnosis that I don't know the cause of. This all very disappointing. I am tired of feeling how I feel!

Great clinic experience with a polite professional staff in a relaxing atmosphere. Having issues with an insurance carrier should not reflect on the medical service provided as many policies fom insurance carriers also affect the medical staff as well as the patients. Wife has been seeig other physicians for many years befored Dr. Pierce was able to properly diagnose her condition.

The women at the front desk were polite and professional. The office was clean, well put together, and atmosphere was comfortable. Dr. Pierce was professional, thorough, polite, and considerate. She listened, gave her recommendation, and worked with me on a treatment plan that addressed my needs and concerns. Wait time was less than 30 minutes, which is not unreasonable, and I was able to schedule a follow-up the same day.

The experience of this doctors appointment was over all very pleasant. The staff and doctor was pleasant. However, a few days after my appointment, I was inform by phone, the continued care plans, that we're needed for me could not be done, due to insurance eligibility. I was left in despair. Other than that theis doctor seemed to be the perfect referral for my continued care.

Dr. Pierce was competent and professional. Throughout the interview with my aged mother, she made thorough assessments and formed some scholarly opinions. I believe what impressed me most was that she listened and truly heard me as we discussed courses of action. A declining parent presents one of life's most difficult areas of navigation, and a working relationship between family and doctor is essential. I respect Dr. Pierce's abilities in this area.
